At Top Retailers we put all our efforts to provide flawless shipment to your address. We have selected only top partners to guarantee quality and time of shipment. Please note that our Express Delivery Service is available only in a limited number of countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, after having selected your shipping address and before proceeding to payment.

Delivery times begin one business day after your order is confirmed and ready for shipment: you will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Visit “My Order” page on your THEBS account to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm.
Sandard delivery: within 3 - 5 working days from the order confirmation *
Express delivery: within 2 -3 working days from the order confirmation *
Delivery within 3-7 working days *
*Delivery times are to be used as a guide only; Top Retailers cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance or courier’s fault. However, we will take care of any inconvenience and always keep you updated on shipment status. During sales peaks (ex. Black Friday or Christmas) deliveries may be subject to slight delays.
Sales Taxes and Duties might be:
• included in the price of the selected product (explicitely mentioned in the Product Page, close to the item price) or
• explicitely indicated as single items in the cart summary or
• not included and to be paid to the courier at the delivery (explicitely indicated in the cart).
In case Sales Taxes and Duties are due but not included in the product price, you will have to pay them to the courier upon delivery. If you are ordering from within the European Union, import duties will not be applicable.

For orders placed starting from November 24th, the return period has been extended until January 8, 2026
Your can return your order within 14 days from receiving it.
The item(s) purchased must be returned complete (with the identification tag and the disposable seal still attached to the products ) and unused , in their original packaging as the latter is an integral part to the product, in The Best Shops' original packaging and must include all their components, labels, The Best Shops tear resistant tag(s) and all accessories, if any.
In the EU, returns are free within 14 days of the goods receipt. Any additional costs incurred by the customer, such as the shipping costs and payement on delivery costs, if chosen by the customer, will not be refunded.
In case of returns from outside the EU, the return shipment will be organized by our company, which will retain 10% of the refund as shipping costs and duties are on the customer's account. Our Customer Service will indicate the cost of your return in response to your return request or to a request for information.

Once we have received the return and verified its integrity, we will proceed to refund the product(s) purchased using the original payment method. The shipping costs and the payment on delivery, if chosen by the customer, will not be refunded.
